  1. 100 g of Süßkartoffel.
  2. 100 g of Sellerie.
  3. 100 g of Karotten.
  4. 100 g of Lauch.
  5. 1-2 of rote Zwiebel.
  6. 700 ml of Bio-Fond.
  7. of grobe Petersilie.
  8. of Kreuzkümmel.
  9. of Meersalz.
  10. of Pfeffer.
  11. of ungesüßte Kokosmilch.
  12. of Ghee.

Anleitung Vegan Cremige Winter Soup

  1. Gemüse reinigen, putzen und kleinschneiden..
  2. Ghee in einem Topf erhitzen und darin zuerst Zwiebel anbraten und dann das restliche Gemüse zugeben...mit anbraten....
  3. Gewürze dazugeben, anschließend mit dem Bio-Fond ablöschen...ein wenig weiter köcheln lassen....
  4. Mit dem Stabmixer pürieren....
  5. Anschließend die ungesüßte Kokosmilch unterrühren.. abschmecken und mit Petersilie garnieren..Bon appetit, Tom.
